HR Consultant - Talent Management, OD & D&I
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop strong partnerships with HR and business leaders across sites
- Travel to India sites to create awareness and drive related campaigns for D&I and POSH
- Ensure timely report out of D&I and POSH metrics to the management
- Partner with the relevant teams for driving the D&I agenda as per the ESG targets for the business
- Collaborate on HR communications (internal and social media) and monitor milestones on overall O&D initiatives
- Plan and roll out various on-going initiatives like Inspiration at Work and special day celebrations in collaboration with the business teams
- Oversee other aspects of OD and guide team wherever required
Desired profile:- A seasoned professional with experience of implementing D&I at a factory/sales driven establishment will be preferred
- Must have team and managerial experience
- Interested professional should be open to travelling to Plant sites / Factories
