- MBA HR from Tier I HR Inst with a strong academic background full time 2 yrs degree course with previous consulting exp from reputed HR consulting firms MNC or Indian with 4-8 yrs exp post MBA

- Scope of role entails Business Devpt, work as a Project Manager with clients for project conceptualization, effective delivery, knowledge mgmt, research & industry insights across verticals and geographies in the foll areas

- Strong exp in OD and Job evaluation

- Competency mapping, assessment center design and talent assessments

- Designing career path, succession planning and leadership dvpt

- Extensive travelling is reqd, analytic bent of mind, go getter, self starter and quest for growth asa Industry leader are key skills reqd from potential candidates along with clarity of thought and performance delivery .
