- Person from a hardcore retail HR background through out his career and into training.
- Responsible for employee Performance appraisal and management
- Responsible for retaining a highly skilled and motivated workforce by implementing innovative training programs & facilitating it.
- Responsible for performance gap analysis
Compensations : 5000 AED - 6000 AED + Accommodation + Food
- 2 years contract - Dubai location, 1 month paid leave in a year as per the company norms.
