Job Role:

- Manage and participate in projects, change programmes, HR and organisational initiatives across the full spectrum of HR and business activities.

- Effectively provide high quality HR activity.

- Successfully deliver tailor made business solutions.

- Effectively measure HR activity and value add utilizing MI, customer feedback and tracking mechanisms.

- Engage stakeholders (HR team, specialists, business etc) in support of initiatives

Required:

Excellent communication skills, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in handling HR projects
