Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to deliver the product strategy
- Conduct research to mine all relevant information
- Create product content: develop relevant modules as per established quality parameters, and style guides
- Analyze/diagnose issues based on client interactions, and available data
- Provide insights, support, and solutions to clients/users
- Work with the product team in ideating, and continuously improving the product offering
- Build collaborative relationships with the Client team as well the clients/users
Desired Background:
A post graduate with 3-5 years work experience in HR, preferably in a consulting role, with a superior knowledge of HR processes and products
