Role: HR Consultant
Job Summary:
As the Human Resource Manager specializing in Organizational Structure and Design, you will play a critical role in helping our clients align their organizational structures with their strategic goals. You will work closely with our clients to assess their current structures, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions that enhance their organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough assessments of client organizations' current structures and processes.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, culture, and strategic goals.
3. Develop and recommend customized organizational design solutions that align with client objectives.
4. Create detailed project plans and timelines for organizational design projects.
5. Lead and facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions with client stakeholders to gather input and build consensus on design changes.
6. Analyze and recommend changes to reporting structures, job roles, and responsibilities.
7. Provide guidance and expertise on workforce planning and talent management.
8. Ensure that all changes are compliant with relevant employment laws and regulations.
9. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of organizational design changes and make adjustments as necessary.
10. Prepare and deliver presentations to client leadership teams on project progress and outcomes.
11. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in organizational design and HR.
12. Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional service and value.
13. Collaborate with other HR professionals within the firm to share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree in HR or Organizational Development is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational structuring and design.
- Proven track record of successfully leading organizational design projects in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations applicable in Delhi-NCR.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse client teams and adapt to various organizational cultures.
- Project management experience and certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
