- Policy framework & process
- Designing & implementation of HR Policy (joining, On boarding, Transfer, Confirmation, Exit etc) Framework
- Designing & streamlining HR Processes for increased efficiencies
- Project Lead for ERP/SAP/PeopleSoft/HIRS/HRMS implementation
- Streamlining, aligning and implementation of HR Policies and drafting and executing new ones as per business requirements
- Streamlining, standardizing and Implementation of various HR Processes across the organisation
