Job Description:
- To lead, direct and manage the Human Capital function of the organization in line with its strategic direction; develop and monitor Human Capital systems, Human Capital policies; ensure that the staff are motivated; rewarded for their contribution and encouraged to perform at the maximum potential and thus contributing to the success of the business; serve as the organization's chief communicator with employees on new vision and strategy and key decisions that impact the employees. Will report on periodic basis the scorecards for the organization related to Human Capital.
Strategy and business alignment:
- Participate in the formulation of the long-term organizational strategy and overall business objectives
- Develop the Human Resources strategy in line with people requirements of the company as outlined in the business plan
- Review deployment of the Human Capital strategy and make required changes to ensure that the functional human capital strategy is implemented across all zones and geographies
- Develop the departmental budget and monitor any variances to the budget
- Analytical, patient, good listener, fair & firm, excellent communication,thorough in HR and change management concepts, self motivated, committed,mature, go getter and long term player.
