- Responsible for Recruitment and Retention of people
- Accountable for timely hiring to meet AOP and dynamic business requirements, drive strategically to effective hiring.
- Hiring right people at optimal cost and retaining long term Leadership
- Development for young and senior leaders.
- Talent and competency development, and career growth
- Work closely with BU heads and cross functional teams to meet continuous human resource requirements in a timely manner etc.,
- Performance-based practice for career development of people
- Build strong employee relations and successful retention initiatives.
- Manage end to end search engagements from inception of candidate contact to on boarding including research, engagement strategies, candidate experience, negotiations and close hand holding for smooth on boarding and Induction.
- Responsible for all process improvements, tools, analytics, dashboards and reports for the talent acquisition function across geographies.
- To assess performance and health of recruitment process.
- Provide advice across the disciplines of HR, payroll, recruitment, employee relations (standard operating procedures & HR policies ) and compensation and benefits
- Draw out workflow/processes and collaborate with team to implement the same.
