- Maintaining statutory & legal compliance for all type of payroll employees (On-roll / Off-roll) for Pan India locations. All registration, renewals Compliance update and responsible for Shops & Establishment, LWF, PT, Trade License, Apprenticeship, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Payment Wages, WCA, POSH etc.
- Training & awareness sessions on HR statutory compliance to Site HR Associates.
- Coordinate with compliance consultant for required support and effective execution of various provisions as per act.
- Liaise with various authorities on regular basis and maintain appropriate relations.compliance process, vendor management, liaising with various govt authorities
- Strong track record in bringing about change.
- Training & awareness sessions on HR statutory compliance to Site HR Associates.
