- Ensure 100% compliance in all the Branches, Regional / Zonal & Head offices under all the applicable Employment & Labour Laws.
- Analyze the existing process and recommending changes in the policies and related training modules for Code of conduct / POSH / ABAC.
- Ensure 100% Compliance of COC/ POSH / ABAC
- Enhance the employee awareness on COC and other corporate governance polices
- Comply with the statutory provisions of employment laws and accordingly aligning the organization policies and processes.
- Be vigilant on the latest amendment in labour & employment laws and ensure applicable compliance.
- Recommend changes in the compliance module as per the latest amendment.
- Handle the Sexual Harassment cases in accordance to applicable statute.
- Adher to the labour legislations / principles of natural justice / SOP while dealing with the issues.
- Understand and analyze the legal notices, drafting appropriate response and ensure timely closure of such notices.
- Recommend the process change in consultation with various stakeholders.
- Handle various Internal and external Audits wrt Compliance.
- Analyse and present the current status wrt Compliance / POSH / Labour Notices/ Corporate Governance polices to Senior Management.
- Identify the gap and provide effective training to Regional & Zonal Teams to enhance their capabilities and decision-making abilities with respect to Compliance.
- Achieve continuous process improvement through automation, data analysis and presentation and taking corrective action.o Ensure 100% compliance in all the Branches, Regional / Zonal & Head offices of MMFSL under all the applicable Employment & Labour Laws.
