Job Purpose
- To ensure compliance on all State and Central Labour Laws, as applicable to the Company and to ensure effective Grievance and Disciplinary Action Management
Key Responsibilities :
- To ensure all compliances are updated by effectively coordinating with various stakeholders (branch compliance, vendors, etc)
- To support in preparing the periodic HR internal audit calendars
- To ensure process adherence for relevant HR processes within expected timelines
- To ensure accuracy of data / documents being captured as part of all HR audits
- To report any process gaps observed in the HR audits
- To ensure timely and correct closure of all open compliance items
- To facilitate HR ops team and the internal audit team for a smooth audit process
- To ensure correct and timely payments (employees, vendors, etc)

Internal :
Key Performance Indicators :
- Statutory Compliance = 100%
- Timely closure on Audit findings = 100% within TAT
- G&D case management >= 90% within TAT
Job Requirements :
Qualifications :
- Preferably a Law graduate or a MBA in HR
Experience :
8 - 12 years of experience
