HR - COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Opening with one of India's largest business Houses for a HEAD level role into Compensation and Benefits.
Only those with relevant experience of 4 yrs into Comp & Ben may apply.
The position will be based in Mumbai.
ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Continuously review the compensation and benefits for all employees
2. Define and implement policies with respect to compensation and benefits.
3. Review position of the group with respect to the market to establish competitiveness.
4. Position and use compensation and benefits as an engagement tool.
5. Communicate effectively to all Senior Management including new joinees regarding compensation and benefits.
KEY CHALLENGES
1) Collection and interpretation of data in consistent formats across the companies
2) Continuously innovate and benchmark compensation and benefits, understand the sensitivity and use compensation as an engagement tool
3. KEY DECISIONS:
A. Made by Jobholder:
1. Review proposals for salary levels and increments
2. Salaries and benefits ranges
B. Recommendations to superior:
1. Compensation Packages for Business Leadership Level Employees and expatriates
INTERACTIONS:
A. Internal Interactions
- New employees, Recruitment team and BHR Heads to discuss packages
B. External Interactions
- Vendors to discuss details of compensation and benefits
