- Will be responsible for Global Payroll processing with the payroll service provider at the respective locations
- Will be responsible for addressing the employee queries related to payroll, leave, time & attendance, letter requests.
- Will maintain the Company's Global Database on employees and regular updation based on the joining / separations
- Will be responsible for preparing weekly / monthly reports and other analytics to feed the management on important decisions
- Will be responsible for driving the performance management system across the Geo- s
- Will be the contact point for HR ERP service provider and will drive the implementation of the tool across Company
- Maintenance and updation of the employee personal files
- Should have the ability to work with different functions & heads both internally and externally.
- Prepare and release the different letters (Appointment letter, appraisal letters, experience letter, address proof, Visa related letters, etc
