HR Business Practice - People Practices
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (TA):
- Lead hiring strategy, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development in alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine hiring goals and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strategize and coordinate campus recruitment drives and strengthen relationships with target institutions.
- Partner with TAs to optimize sourcing and ensure a strong candidate experience.
HR Business Partner (HRBP):- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring alignment between employee needs and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate employee development programs and drive initiatives to enhance retention and satisfaction along with engagement interventions
- Provide HR insights and analytics to support business decisions and improve people-related metrics.
Qualifications we look for:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner roles.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
