Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned HR professional with 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in Corporate HR, to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment for managerial roles, including job descriptions, assessments, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Engagement & Retention: Implement engagement surveys (e.g., Gallup, Aon) and retention initiatives.
- Performance Management: Oversee KRA setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.
- HR Operations: Leverage HRIS platforms (SAP, Oracle, DarwinBox) and utilize analytics for decision-making.
- Campus Engagement: Drive campus hiring initiatives.
Qualifications:
- MBA HR/MSW with experience in IT/ITES, E-commerce, Telecom, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Strong in MS Office, HRIS, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills; Tamil proficiency is a plus.
Location:
- Chennai-based or willing to relocate.
