HR Business Partner - XLRI/TISS

HR Business partner (5 to 7 years)

We have an opening in a leading MNC in Bangalore. I am looking candidates with excellent exposure in HR Generalist or HRBP. 2 years full time MBA from Tier-1 B School is must.

Responsibilities:

- HR generalist/business partner responsibilities including developing, managing, implementing, and integrating HR programs and guidelines for the business in support of organizational objectives. –

- Developing strong business relationships with the management and client group

- Driving the people strategy for the business

- Analyzing and presenting information to the management team that enables good business decisions.

Location: Bangalore

Candidate Profile:

- Full time MBA (HR) from Premier B schools with continuous experience of 5 to 7 years in HR (Candidates passed MBA from XLRI/ TISS/ SCMHRD/ IMT/ MDI/SIBM/IIM in 2005/2006/2007 batch will be preferred)

- Candidates must have excellent leadership, project management, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills .
