Broad areas of responsibilities are:
1. Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with business goals, driving impact and organizational strength.
2. Own key talent processes like performance management, rewards, talent planning, leadership development, and culture.
3. Identify talent needs, build strategic plans, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and budgets.
4. Lead change initiatives by implementing new programs and processes to drive improvement.
5. Oversee end-to-end employee experience within your functions.
