Our wellness client is looking for an experienced Professional for a HRBP role who would be responsible for handling our employee base of more than 600 employees - Our trainers and Centers who are the core of our operations for our Group classes and Gym vertical
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of the employees including Onboarding, Query resolution, Engagement , Rewards and recognition, Benefits, Payroll , On Field visits, Retention, Exit interviews & formalities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver joint goals Participate in cross-functional teams for the development and implementation of HR initiatives to make employee lives better and
- Manage expectations of BU leaders on issues of talent management and employee engagement
- Design and deliver solutions to people's challenges through on-ground Insights.
- Serve as a people advocate and find ways to improve the lifecycle to boost productivity and retention.
- Act as a responsible employees' champion by ensuring proactive resolution of employee
grievances through a solution-oriented approach
- Be a strong executor for organization-wide people programs for the business to improve employee experience and performance.
- Develop HR dashboards to provide meaningful insights and imperatives to business leaders and Manage and own data integrity and records on HRMIS-Darwinbox
- Understand pulse on ground & recommend new initiatives, policies and procedures
Must have:
- Strong understanding of various HR domains and demonstrated collaboration operations teams
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond to employees.
- Ability to capture, analyze and advise basic HR metrics.
- Strong drive to take initiative, ownership. A go-getter with a result-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience as an HRBP handling an employee base larger than 500 employees
Good to have:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR from any B-School
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience
- Fluent Hindi, English communication
- Basic Excel and Project management skills
- Someone who has worked in the Hospitality/Airlines or people operation heavy industry
