- Regional HR Business partner managing end to end HR delivery for employees.
- Partnering with Business Leadership to develop & implement HR strategy in line with business workforce and succession planning.
- Develop Talent pool through LinkedIn, Naukri, Consultants, Referrals, Campus hiring for various roles.
- Engage with employees and Regional leaders to motivate and retain talent.
- Leading culture integration in the region through induction sessions for new hires, conducting experience and best practice sharing sessions, assigning buddy systems for smooth onboarding.
- Collaborate with Business units and drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Facilitate top performers through rewards and recognition programs, discussing career aspirations and developing growth path.
- Execute skip level meeting with employee to seek feedback and understand the pulse on the
ground.
