Education:-MBA-From top B school

Required Skill Set:-

1. The incumbent should have sound exposure into the HR business partner role .

2. Handling complete HR strategic role related to translating business plan to HR strategic and operational plan

3. Developing HR policies and its implementation

4. Handling HR generalist activities related to recruitment, selection, training and development.

5. Induction program for new employees.

6. Employee engagement activities

7. Performance management review, promotions, transfer etc.

8. Handling exit and separation activities

9. Talent management and workforce planning.

10. Supporting in compensation design and development activities,reward and retention program.
