HR Business Partner (Warehouse) - eCommerce

One of the leading eCommerce companies is looking for candidates for HRBP role who have strong IR (Industrial Relations) expertise. The person is expected to manage all HR (and IR) related activities for the warehouses of the company each with over 2000 people. The person would have a 4 to 5 member team reporting into the person.

There are three openings, one each for Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore

- 8 + years of experience in HR including 3 to 4 years of IR experience

- Preferably from the local area (who can speak the local language)

- Experience in handling trade unions (plant/ warehouses etc.)

- Preferably should have good pedigree. If pedigree is not good then the experience should be on higher side (ratio of 1 to 4 to be maintained)

- Strong analytical skills required
