HR Business Partner - Warehouse Automation System Firm

Looking to hire an HRBP plant for a leading warehouse automation system company.

Plant Exp is a must.

Location-Manesar.

Qualification-MBA HR(fulltime)

Experience-3 to 6years

Job responsibilities :

- Handling overall HR function for the respective plants.

- Handling and Closure of LTS with the union as a core member of the Management Committee

- Co-ordination with the Union in order to resolve the grievances bilaterally

- Compliance and Liasoning with the Govt Authorities

- Directly dealing with the Senior Leadership Team for planning and execution

- Establishing two-way communication channels in between the Management & the Union through various Committees

- Disciplinary proceedings and actions

- Managing and executing CSR initiatives(Women and Child Welfare)

- Employee Engagement and Action Planning for SCM and Operations Teams

- LDR review with SCM and Operations

- Driving engagement and development initiatives

- Formulisation and implementation of Rewards and Recognition Scheme.
