HR Business Partner/Total Rewards Specialist - Remote opportunity

- Partner with HR Business partner to analyse jobs, salaries, and incentives in order to evaluate internal equity, external competitiveness, and legal compliance of pay practices

- Conduct proactive competitive analysis and recommend program enhancements as necessary in line with job architecture and market trends.

- Assist with the Company's compensation review processes (annual and mid-year compensation & promotion cycles, quarterly equity grant cycles)

- Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

- Assess and analyse human capital data, both horizontally across all businesses and vertically within a business area to draw out human capital insights at CloudCover.

- Support in Benchmarking exercises & Annual reviews

- Own the annual merit pay process, including payout computations, cost scenarios and budget analysis

- Maintain compensation benchmarking platforms, internal salary structures, databases and guidelines

- Assess compliance with pay equity legislation and other regulatory requirements

- Respond to questions on compensation processes and guidelines

- Research global best practices and local market norms on total rewards

- Maintain stock option program and new grant process, including working with Counsel to prepare

- Board Grant documents on a quarterly basis, maintaining internal FAQ documents and responding to staff inquiries
