1. Act as an HR domain consultant cum business partner to enable business success.
2. Understand people & culture practices/priorities & drive implementation by creating alignment with business leaders/managers and by creating reports/forums to discuss areas of concerns/opportunities.
3. Work with business leaders on Key areas productivity, pyramid and cost related areas; identify opportunities and drive associated change management.
4. This is one of the important and diverse role in HR and is expected to help co-lead the people journey through Business HR function.
5. The role is especially suited for young leaders who have shown early signs /abilities to take charge and drive change from people excellence and culture perspective.
