HR Business Partner - Technology Firm

About our client:

Our client is a Global B2B giant with a Technology set up in Chennai. With an employee base of 2500 people. They are now looking to hire an HRBP for the same which will be an Individual Contributor Role. The HRBP will be mapped to approx 500 employees

Job Description

Reporting to the head HR of this entity, your responsibilities will include:

- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver strategic people plan to support the business

- Support & implement the people plan and be a catalyst for business change

- Manage the Talent Agenda along with succession planning & talent management

- Collaborate with the CoE's to deliver solutions to the business

- Drive strategic HR initiatives as well as tactical initiatives

The Successful Applicant

You come with 8-12 years of hands on experience as an HRBP for IT Captive setup's / Technology set up's of companies. You have a management degree from a top tier business school and have worked with MNC's in the past.
