HR Business Partner - Technology (Global)
We are seeking an experienced People Business Partner to support our Tech Teams. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to help these organizations grow successfully and assist to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will bring creative and effective ideas & solutions to growing organizations. This is a full-time remote role and can be based anywhere globally.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the leadership teams and develop a solid understanding of the strategic goals of the teams and provide strategic business partnership & coaching to managers and leaders
- Partner with the Tech-Heads & Leads to help them refine their People Vision and assist them as they further grow, diversify and strengthen the community
- Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
- Coach managers and help them drive effective career conversations, develop their teams by educating them on our career framework, tools and provide guidance on career plans/training plans based on individual goals and the goals of the group.
- Execute on talent management strategies to support a team's growth and individual development plans
- Proactively assess team, manager, organizational development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate key people processes in close partnership with People managers (e.g. performance cycle, employee engagement & management, tech talent acquisition, etc)
- Integrate and partner with other people leaders & teams in People Operations, Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR Programs to implement solutions and help scale the business solutions
- Focus relentlessly on scaling our culture across the organization as part of our sustained growth plans
- Participate and lead projects as an integral member of the extended People team
Minimum Qualifications :
- 8+ years experience in an HR/People Business Partner or equivalent role
- Demonstrates solid judgment and experience assessing risk relative to the business

- Demonstrates project management and change management experience
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work
- Experience learning and thriving in a constantly changing environment and cultivate relationships across teams
- Experience supporting Tech/Infrastructure and/or software engineering teams as an HR/People Business Partner
Must Haves :
- Should have multi-country including US experience
- Experience using data to identify insights that drive action
- Should be innovative/experimentative
- Should understand the technology landscape
- Should have worked with engineers closely
Nice to Have : An engineering background would be preferable - somebody who has moved from engineering to HR/Business partnering
