- MBA from good institute with 5 to 9 years of work experience with Start-up Tech-based / Ecommerce/Internet/Edutech companies.

- Hardcore experience in managing HRBP for Tech employees expertise in Digital HR, Talent

- Management, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Transformation and Talent Brand Management.

- HR function covering all aspects of employee life cycle for Tech and Sales team.

- Tech vertical HRBP. Anchored and drove programs and initiatives in matrix relationship with HR teams.

- Experience in strategic orientation to the HR function ensuring focus on long term objectives as well as short term priorities with agility in response in a fast changing business environment.

- To provide leadership & execution focus to all HR strategies, programs and processes. Ability to scale up rolling out HR programs by bringing the Vertical teams up to speed and ensuring smooth and fast execution.

- Candidate should have worked on operationalizing Performance Management System, Talent management programs, engagement with both Tech employee teams.

Skill Required :

- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, able to grasp the changing priorities by thinking one one's feet.

- Ability to scale up execution of an activity. Be agile to be able to accommodate any changes and disruptions in priorities.

- Good Communication skills
