Designation : Tech HRBP (E-Commerce) :
You will be expected to Analyse trends and metrics and recommend HR practices and contribute to and deliver a cohesive talent strategy and vision for this team and will be responsible for continuing to iterate and evolve our talent practices.
- The needs of this team are unique in that it requires an HR partner that has a passion for building and growing organizations and leaders, Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention. In this role, leading, demonstrating, redefining and modeling.
- They will be stewards of our culture in a nascent team, you will be responsible to monitor and report on workforce and succession planning and will coach leaders to become more competent, compassionate, conscious and courageous in these efforts.
- In addition to coaching and development of leaders and their incoming teams, this individual will need to have the ability to influence across the business as well as with cross functional talent partners.
- A heightened awareness of the needs of the business will ultimately lead to better partnership and execution of large-scale initiatives.
What we are looking for :
- This position requires min 6years of progressive, strategic and aggressive operational scaling HR experience (HRBP, Organizational Development, etc) working in dynamic environments, and the proven ability and interest to be hands-on as needed.
- Handled 500 employees in a Field Operations Function (pref to Startups)
Industry experience : Ecommerce/ Product based Organisation/Edtech Organisations
- This person will be a self starter, demonstrating curiosity about the business and organization coupled with strong problem solving and data-driven analytical skills.
- Structured communication skills
- Inherent Drive to Make Impact
- Previous experience working closely in high growth and fast transformation environments is preferred. Demonstrated passion for F&V and grocery e-commerce is encouraged.
- Having successfully led cross functional initiatives across a variety of disciplines: culture building, organizational development, talent management, and Talent Acquisition.
