Job Description :

- Partner and work with key business stakeholders on various HR processes and policies for Tech, Product and Design teams

- Create, implement and execute customised initiatives for these teams as per business requirement

Client Details: The Client is a online music streaming service and a digital distributor of music

Description:

- You will be expected to manage stakeholders, create and implement customised HR solutions relevant for the teams to deliver business requirements.

- Proactively identify and address critical employee concerns for these teams and drive them to closure in alignment with HR policies and stakeholder's recommendations

- Research and regularly identify innovative ways to engage with teams on regular basis

- Support day-to-day HR activities for the departments

Profile:

- 6-8 years of relevant business partnering experience, preferably with technical teams in a fast-growing
product-based organisation

- Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels and across locations

- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Google Suite

- Post Graduate in HR from reputed institute
