Description - Partner and work with key business stakeholders on various HR processes and policies for Tech, Product and Design teams

Create, implement and execute customised initiatives for these teams as per business requirement

Description :

You will be expected to manage stakeholders, create and implement customised HR solutions relevant for the teams to deliver business requirements.

Proactively identify and address critical employee concerns for these teams and drive them to closure in alignment with HR policies and stakeholder's recommendations

Research and regularly identify innovative ways to engage with teams on regular basis

Support day-to-day HR activities for the departments

Profile:

6-8 years of relevant business partnering experience, preferably with technical teams in a fast-growing
product-based organisation

Experience in managing stakeholders at various levels and across locations

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote, Google Suite

Post Graduate in HR from reputed institute
