Experience : 7- 15 years as Talent Acquisition/ HRBP in IT industry

- The RHRC/HRBP is responsible for monitoring and following the HR agenda across assigned businesses and geographies :
- Looking out for a people with experience IT industry as Talent Acquisition/ HRBP
Talent Acquisition :
- Vacancy Management - Monitor and is accountable for staffing across the assigned business and territory as per approved budgets.
- Ensure optimal mix for sourcing candidates, encouraging the preferred channel for sourcing.
- Ensure adequate pipeline of candidates is maintained for critical positions.
- Monitors and handles hiring escalations
- Responsible for handling vendor relations and escalations
- Focused approach towards identifying new hiring avenues like job ready & Social Media etc.
Employee Engagement :
- Drive various HR initiatives to foster employee engagement across the assigned portfolio.
- Conduct Initiatives like visits and gauge the pulse of the region/business unit and ensure interventions/solutions.
Employee Career Discussions :
- To understand their career aspirations, clarify expectations, discuss career options in the bank, help employees to chalk out their career plans etc. Analyze this data and recommend strategies to meet employee expectations etc.(D1 & above)
Exit Management :
- Conduct and analyze attrition data, and recommend way forward to improve retention. Prepare Heat map and regular review with business to ensure retention wherever possible.
Employee Satisfaction Survey/UF Feedback Survey :
- Analyze and share feedback with line managers on areas which need intervention. Observe recurrent trends and recommend initiatives or programs for improvisation.
New Joinee Mentoring : Drive the initiative across the region. Conduct mentor training workshops all mentors.
Reward and Recognition : Drive various programs across the region. Ensure proper recognition platforms are introduced so R & R becomes aspirational to the employees
Employee Meets : Facilitate these meets and ensure resolution to employee queries and concerns
Performance Management :
- Guiding / Training managers on the Bank's Performance Management System.
- Facilitating the PMS process
- Partnering with Line to ensure that expected performance standards are maintained
- Monitoring the roll-out and compliance to the PIP process, partnering with line to ensure fair opportunities are given to employees in this regard and TAT is managed as per defined guidelines.
Talent Management :
- Partnering with line to create career opportunities for individuals identified under the talent pool.
- Ensure all eligible employees go through DCs and ALPs. Attend these sessions and share feedback for improvisation. Help in assigning relevant projects and track progress.
Employee Relations :
- Supporting business teams on issues pertaining to discipline, the Code of Conduct, Employee grievances / complaints etc and ensuring fair opportunities are given to employees. Coordinating with the ER team for case specific resolutions of such issues.
- Educating employees on processes and policies
Training and Development :
- Track and ensure training penetration in the region.
- Conduct training need analysis and ensure relevant programs are organized for employees.
- Provide inputs on new/existing training programs
HR Operations :
- Handle employee escalations on Leaves, Transfers, confirmations, notice pay buyout, salary release, HRMS updation etc.
- Ensure adherence to TAT as per SLAs for various HR process(Leave, Transfers, New Joinee formalities, etc)
- RHRC is responsible for managing region, regional business relations, handle escalations, strong focus on middle and senior level employees of varied groups in the portfolio.
