Job Description - The role will be responsible to lead all Key processes in the HR domain with a team of 2 to 3 direct reports. In addition, the role is also responsible to drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for the organisation.

Description:
- Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes
- Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment process
- Align the people initiatives with business agenda, provide tactical solutions and develop strategies to combat different challenges
- Drive timely and fair Performance Management & Assessment and rewards and recognition
- Develop plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers
- Support the managers in appropriate career management of their team members
- Partner in the process of Policy formation; and ensure implementation and adherence to the policies
- An experience of Health-care industry would be preferable
- Post graduate degree from Tier 1/ Tier 2 college
- A keen eye for detail and process along with the ability to work in an ever-changing environment
- An ability to find solutions quickly and capability to drive things to closure
- An ability to express unique ideas and concepts in the most creative yet simple manner
