Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition:-
Strategy Development: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring needs. Ensure alignment with overall business goals and workforce planning.

Recruitment Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer negotiation. Streamline processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop customized recruitment plans. Provide expert advice on market trends, candidate availability, and compensation.

Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals to identify and attract high-quality candidates.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on recruitment progress and performance.

Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and industry best practices. Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and trends.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Human Resource Business Partnering:Employee Relations:- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, providing guidance, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Support HRBP in initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, morale, and workplace culture.
- Implementation of organizational policies.
Onboarding:- Onboarding of new joiners and cultural assimilation within the team.
- Collaborate with HRBP to support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Performance Management:- Support performance management processes by providing guidance on goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
- Assist in coaching managers and employees on performance improvement plans.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certification is a plus).
- Knowledge of Application Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
- 4-5 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to various HR functions.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
