- Managing end to end recruitment into Investment Banking, Wealth Management and Private Equity Advisory.
- Completion of new joinee induction, documentation and formalities.
- Formulating a strategic and systematic Recruitment Plan to meet the Companies manpower requirements in cost effective manner within a given time frame.
- To meet the Companies manpower requirements in cost effective manner within a given time frame by exploring the various sources of recruitment apart from Job Portal such as Job SMS, Advertisements, Mass mailing, Campus Recruitment, etc.
- Managing complete Recruitment Life Cycle including Manpower planning, resourcing both internal & external manpower, identifying the possible sources, selecting the best candidate and negotiating & fitting them at right place at right time.
