1. Verification, Managing the Candidate Experience end to end.
2. Drive the learning & development agenda to meet business needs
3. Partner with business leaders and employees and proactively initiate Strategic HR & OD interventions
4. Managing and Motivating Top Talent / Key employees
5. Lead Employee Engagement vertical, positive employee experience and address employee grievances
6. Other key HR Initiatives, to support the business
