- Leading end to end Talent Acquisition and Onboarding of new hires, manage efficiency of recruitment process,

- Drive Manpower Planning , Employer Branding, Recruitment automation on the HRMS tool, Background

1. Verification, Managing the Candidate Experience end to end.

2. Drive the learning & development agenda to meet business needs

3. Partner with business leaders and employees and proactively initiate Strategic HR & OD interventions

4. Managing and Motivating Top Talent / Key employees

5. Lead Employee Engagement vertical, positive employee experience and address employee grievances

6. Other key HR Initiatives, to support the business

7. Foster a high performance culture, drive company values

8. Handling campus engagement , MT s / GETs Program
