About our Client - Our client is a large (3000 crore +) Indian Organization in the Chemical space. They employ over 10,000 employees and have 10 sites with multiple plants in each site in India. They are looking for an HRBP to manage supply chain (logistics, planning, purchase etc) in an individual contributor role for an employee base of 150 in Mumbai.
Job Description - Reporting into the Senior HRBP, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in effective implementation of all human resource policies and procedures
- Pro-actively handle day-to-day operational aspects but also contribute at a strategic level
- Complete HR transactional work including, local on boarding procedures, induction, local C&B administration, training logistics, etc.
- Partner closely to all business stakeholders to ensure performance management and talent management is driven
- Maintain employee data in HRIS system Drive development, remuneration and performance management programs
- Assist People Managers in addressing employee performance issues in a timely manner
- Own the employee life cycle changes example :
- probation, promotion and termination etc. -
The Successful Candidate - You will come with 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner for the supply chain function for a manufacturing organization, preferably in the chemical / pharma sector. MBA from a tier 1 institute and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
