HRBP Sales
Job Purpose:
To design and implement effective people strategy for Growth office. Work with HR leader and, BU Sales leaders to increase effectiveness of sales talent to achieve organizational and functional goals.
Accountabilities:
Strategic Sales Transformation Partner:
- Lead and manage strategic sales talent transformation projects.
- Research on best practices of sales organizations.
- Advance performance analytics
- Effective management of relationships with key leaders by building collaborative network.
- Work collaboratively with various HR COEs to ensure effective implementation of strategic HR initiatives.
- To understand business trends and provide solutions in line with the industry's best practices.
- Be the Touch point for escalated issues related to people.
- Deliver as per defined service standards and timescales.
- Create and execute communication plans to increase awareness and adoption of defined initiatives
Talent Management:
- To ensure 'right' talent is sourced for the 'right' position in conjunction with functional leaders and recruitment teams
- Effective Performance Management - Ensure Goal Setting, 1-0-1's, HYR, Annual appraisals are happening on time in alignment to company goals
- Ensure IDP's are created on time and with required quality, L&D interventions are planned and executed as per skill/competency requirement, with desired outcomes
- Succession Planning process is devised for key positions and is regularly monitored and reviewed.
- Devise Career Progression plans for the key talent and monitor regularly
Manage attrition - drive employee engagement:
- Study attrition trends and devise action/impact/mitigation plans
- Study industry trends and advise business on key best practices
- Look at existing retention and reward systems and provide/suggest solutions as per business needs
- Devise track, band and location wise employee engagement plan and calendar for increased engagement.
Compliance on all required parameters:
- Design systems and checks to continuously monitor and ensure that all processes and procedures (related to payroll, PMS cycle, etc.) are adhered to.
- Ensure compliance to all regulations related to HR, SOX and internal audits
- Develop processes and checks for the compliance of any new regulation
