Have authored multiple pieces on E-tailing, Cosmetics, Health Foods, Omni-channel, Preventive healthcare, etc.
Roles & responsibilities:- Grow your own team by articulating strategic goals for HR Team and fulfilling the roles required to achieve them
- DMAIC HR operations: set/meet performance targets for HR team; forecast and analyse leadership MIS on a weekly and/or monthly basis, prepare reports on performance statistics, and improve with time
- Prepare schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
- Employee Satisfaction - improve NPS for team by aligning with central initiatives and driving company's agenda
- Processing internal arrangements and guide the team to assist in travel, admin related initiatives, training sessions and team - building activities.
- Assess and anticipate human resource related needs and improve workplace relationships and build morale to boost productivity and retention
- Partnering with leadership and employees to enhance employee engagement.
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers leaves & attendance, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Conduct exit interview and recommend corrective action if necessary.
- Develop relationships with external research vendors and interact as needed.
Requirements:- 4 to 8 years of experience leading / managing HR
- Full-time MBA / PGP from a Tier- 1 / 2 college (HR specialization preferred, but not a requirement)
- Strong quantitative / analytical background
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and have interpersonal, negotiation skills.
