Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our organizational strategy by aligning HR practices with business objectives. This role will work closely with leaders to foster a high-performance culture, ensure compliance, and promote employee engagement. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and operational HR support across all facets of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, and performance development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their needs, provide HR expertise, and help shape effective workforce strategies.
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employee relations, handling issues such as conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- Talent Management: Assist in talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning processes to meet the department's needs. Partner with leadership to identify high-potential employees and support development plans.
- Performance Management: Support and drive the performance management cycle, working with managers to set clear goals, facilitate constructive feedback, and support employee development.
- Change Management: Assist with organizational changes, from restructuring to implementing new initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to teams.
- HR Metrics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and develop strategies for improvement. Prepare regular reports to inform business decisions.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Support DEI initiatives by fostering an inclusive environment, promoting diverse hiring practices, and facilitating DEI training.
- Learning & Development: Work with teams to identify skill gaps, provide training resources, and facilitate employee development initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree or certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, preferably with 4+ years in an HRBP role supporting leadership within a matrixed environment.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
