Job Description:
Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) at Stainless Steel Company will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and overall HR strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a broad range of HR services and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering:
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR support to achieve organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management, offering insights and solutions on HR-related matters.
Talent Management:
- Drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.
- Work with managers to identify talent gaps and implement development plans for key employees.
Generalist HR Activities:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including employee onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Policy Design and Implementation:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with legal requirements and align with organizational values.
- Ensure consistent application and communication of policies across the organization.
Employee Engagement:
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, job satisfaction, and overall workplace culture.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed B School or Tier 1 College.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
