Roles and Responsibilities :

- Role holder is responsible as HRBP for an SBU

- Implementing deep HR Best practices across all People Processes (including Performance Management, C&B etc.)

Desired Profile :

- Should have worked in a strong HR environment in a Corporate Company

- Should have implemented best practices & processes

- Should be from top B School
