HRBP(XLRI/TISS)- 6 to 12 years
Requirements:
- 6 to 12 years of experience in HRBP roles
- Post graduation from premier B-school is a must (Full Time Only). Specifically, XLRI/ TISS
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Target Industry: Shared Service/ MNC
- Working model: 5 days, Hybrid (60-40% split) (minimum 3 days in WFO)
