MBA from Premier Institute with excellent communication skills both verbal and written , experience and responsible for :
- Shared service center- process set up experience(must have)
- Design, implementation and operations of Shared Service strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure HR service delivery
- Manpower plan management and talent acquisition process for shared services
- Performance management, Associate engagement, organizational design implementation, and talent & leadership development initiatives
- Managing HR Budget
- Lead and manage all HR operational processes
- Support Payroll & Compliance function
- Initiate and lead Associate engagement activities
- Coach managers and associates
- Experience in a global and matrixed environment
- Experience of managing teams in an HR shared service
- Knowledge and understanding of HR compliance, HR Generalist activities and Management Information (MI)
- Ability to influence leaders and able to build and nurture relationships across organization
- Candidates willing to work for setting up of shared services with a global organisation and build and work with a small set of teams in the beginning phase.
Candidates should be willing to work in 2pm - 11pm Shift
