Management:
- Implement HR strategy aligned to the business objectives and company HR initiatives.
- Lead the work to regularly review the company's talent management processes within the business areas, including performance/potential management.
- Where necessary, work in partnership with regional and country COEs on HR projects to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement program in SSC
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring metrics that support the achievement of business goals, necessary aspects of HR and training and development.
- Work closely with corporate HR for Timely review, update and communicate the HR policies and disseminate the awareness to all employees
- Support HR head in driving the Succession Plan to develop Talent Pipeline within SSC
- Facilitate the Annual Goal Setting Conferences for Shared Services Center
- Drive Global/local Employee Engagement Surveys within SSC and partner in creating action planning. Review actions for closure. Create Employee Engagement program for involving all employees.
- Partner functional Heads in exploring opportunities for job rotation, career management and enrichment.
Talent Acquisition:
- Responsible to anchor and facilitate the Employee Induction programme to quickly assimilate the new joiners in Environment
- Process owner to manage End to End resourcing for SSC, including implementing and continually developing a robust recruitment process with a focus on hiring right fit with speed.
- Timely analyze and evaluate the manpower budget and headcount fill rate and obtain necessary approvals to initiate hiring process
- Sustain/reduce hiring and replacement cost
- Identify ways and means to recruit diversity candidates across various functions
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the recruitment process, including reviewing job descriptions, updating of the Headcount progression, conducting interviews and selecting candidates
- Responsible to drive Management Trainee programme in collaboration with the various functions in SSC
Employee Development:
- Create L&D Roadmap for SSC Colleagues ( All Level)
- Collaborate with the functional heads and design suitable interventions for employee development
- Collaborate and deliver trainings to support individual and business needs.
Performance Management:
- Anchor and Support PMS process for SSC
- Educate and train people on People and resolve operational issues
- Facilitate Goal Setting, MYR and YE Reviews for Shared Services Centre
- Facilitate Performance Feedback Sessions to create transparency in system
- Using inputs of PMS- Identify Hipots and Support Succession Planning
- PMS forms launch for new joiners and completion at various stages
- Create Bell Curve and facilitate moderation with SSC Head for BBS Mohali
- Identify and review the quality of objectives and educate employees on creating SMART KRAs
- Facilitate SKIP level conversations
Employee Retention:
- Conduct Stay Interviews/Exit interviews for all management employees of HO and Managers and above and analyze the Attrition trends and offer strategic solution to the Management to retain the talent
- Sensitize Business Heads on the Exit Feedback
- Publish quarterly Attrition Analysis report to Business Heads
Employee Communication & Engagement :
- Ensure high level of Employee engagement by driving various meaningful initiatives which can help in driving employees towards organizational objectives and also helps in ringfencing the talent
- Develop Employee Relations strategies to foster effective working relationships between all staff.
- Ensure right level of communication in BBS and identify different platforms to ensure effective communication
- Lead Quarterly Town hall for Business communication and HR skip levels to understand the pulse of the organization
- Design, rollout and execution of R&R Program for SSC
Administration and Welfare.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures for various HR and administrative processes and redesign HR policies in line with BBS requirements
- Benchmarking the Salaries across Industry to maintain parity with similar set ups
- Design and rollout incentive Plan for BBS in line with SSC KPIs to drive key business parameters
- Assist conflict resolution and manage disciplinary issues on site and deal quickly and efficiently with employee queries
- Extend administrative support to SSC Head in setting up the new facility/Office expansion
- Act as a safety Lead for the SSC Office and ensure 100% compliance to safety protocol
Vendor management
- Ensure adherence and compliance to all HR policies
- Ensure 100% compliance to various legal and statutory requirements like Contract Labor, S&E Act etc.
- Lead Admin related activities and ensure best in class services in place.
