Also responsible for XXX number of division HR functions.   Contacts - Internal : Business Partners - Divisions/ Business Unit/ Support/ Regions, Functional Center HR, Division Management, Business /Group (internal/ Head, Business managers & employees in the division / SBU, Commercial partner, Counterparts in SAG. external)   External : Academic Institutions, Consultants, HRD Network   Priorities :  Area of responsibility (What are the main tasks of this function) :  Manpower planning:   - Participate in key business meetings to understand the business strategy and challenges, evaluate manpower needs and contribute in finalizing the manpower requirements to meet business projections, process manpower requisitions, maintain manpower information, prepare organization and function allocation charts IN ORDER TO exercise budgetary control and ensure availability of required manpower resources.   Employee interaction :   - Provide Guidance on personnel processes, policies, rules & regulation to all employees and managers, have pulse of the HR issues, assist or if required direct them to the most appropriate person for the resolution of their grievances, coach & counsel in case of problems / disputes, encourage communication & employee participation in social events, interact closely with BP- Support to take care of employees in other regions IN ORDER TO enhance employee satisfaction.   Employee dialogue :   - Assist in preparation of generic position profiles, target setting & cascading process, evaluate PMP forms for completion & quality, release salary change implementation, compile and communicate relevant data (e.g employee aspirations/perspective) as required, organize / conduct PMP & related workshops IN ORDER TO facilitate the employee dialogue process and ensure planning of appropriate actions.   Leadership & development :   -Support and execute business specific HR initiatives, identify gaps in competency inventory, take corrective measures by developing / recruiting from outside, prepare data for departmental and Divisional Personnel day and moderate the same at the SBU / division level IN ORDER TO ensure identification of measures / actions for HR development & succession plan for ratification in Company Personnel day  Training :   - Compile individual learning plans and communicate requirements to LE to facilitate planning of suitable courses in regions, nominate identified officers for programs run by Corp LE&LD, monitor implementation IN ORDER TO ensure development of competencies in line with the business needs.   Recruitment & Induction :   - Jointly plan recruitment activities along with BP- Support, participate in interviews, selection & fitment process, promote employee referral scheme ( if available ) and ensure smooth induction of new hirees both campus & lateral IN ORDER TO ensure availability of the required manpower in numbers and quality and their integration.   Talent Retention :   - Support in implementing necessary actions to retain Critical Resources (by way of job rotations, rewards, recognition  etc.) IN ORDER TO ensure that people with critical competencies are retained.   Reporting :   - Prepare and send MIS as per the agreed template for all above activities (Manpower, exit interview, attrition analysis etc.) to Regional HR head on a regular basis (monthly/ quarterly as applicable) IN ORDER TO facilitate compilation of HR India MIS for management review and actions. HR Operations & MIS (HR Audits, Delegation, SAP HR, SOC, SOM, Merit Reward, Circulars, Employee movements, additional payroll inputs, Training Bonds etc.,)   - Preparing of quaterly attrition analysis and finding of the BU/DIV and send the report to BU/DIV for action.
