HRBP Human Resources Business Partner - Shared Service

Main Purpose :

The individual will support the Business Unit management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management / succession planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going process improvement. This role drives project management for various HR initiatives including management training and development, succession planning, policy review and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

- Implement, administer and interpret corporate policies/programs/procedures

- Plan, manage and provide continuous improvement to all people aspects of client business

- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential

- Assess, create and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives per business

- Champion employee engagement, set up employee engagement principles and practices

- Lead the action planning arising from internal engagement surveys, manage the survey execution

- Drive a bottom up communication model with associates and use data to highlight engagement risk

- Work with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues

- Provide ongoing support to business leadership on people policies and procedures

- Drive recruiting philosophy for client business with focus on referrals and internal sourcing

- Provide compensation support on salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions and job re-leveling

- Provide metrics and reporting for engagement, training and other associate specific data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

Experience :

- Qualified Post Graduate with specialisation in Human Resources

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management with a multinational organization

- Experience working in an flat organization requiring strong multi-tasking abilities

Skills:

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results

- Strong business and HR acumen, strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and high on self-initiative

- Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness

- Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation

- Excellent presentation skills and knowledge of industry best practices in talent management

- Proven ability to build and maintain a positive work environment across the network

Competencies:

- Proven understanding of the role and functions of a human resource office within a corporate structure

- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and to organize workload to ensure that programs are driven as per plan

- HR thought leadership, strong on conceptual HR knowledge
