Role & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience into HRBP Maximum 3 Years as overall
- Must have experience into sales HRBP ( Minimum 80 Sales Head count to be handled )
- Attrition Management
- Grievance Handling
- Cultural Building
- Employee Engagement
- Managing the HRBP function for Sales team as HR Head.
- SPOC for the employees based out of the locations.
- Spearheading the city recruitment drives as per the requirement.
- Rolling out the offers of the selected candidates in the system and initiate their on boarding process in Success Factors.
- Joining and induction management by handling all the documentation and formalities and providing accurate process information as per the designed policies .
- Liaoning with the corporate office for issuing various HR letters (NDA Appointment Letter / Increment Letter / Confirmation Letter) as per the requirements.
- Managing the personal and employment related data of all employees based out of all locations.
- Responsible for timely input of attendance data for computation of salary.
- Deftly handling grievances and employee queries of the region.
- Attrition management.
- Process adherence for employee exit/separation.
