Job Description :


- The job involves collaborating with sales professionals to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive performance and growth through effective people management.


Client Details :

My client leads as the top start-up in India's career planning platform sector, and stands as the largest higher education technology company in South Asia. They boast a global presence across more than 90 countries.


Description :

The individual will report directly to the Director of HR and collaborate closely with the CHRO.


Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing a team comprising of 6-7 direct reports.


The key responsibilities include:

- Act as a strategic partner to sales leaders, offering insights and recommendations on talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement

- Develop and execute manpower strategies that ensure optimal staffing levels, taking into consideration current and future business needs


- Drive capability building programs by identifying skill gaps, designing training initiatives, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to enhance the sales team's effectiveness


- Manage the end-to-end employee life-cycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to performance management, career development, and off-boarding


- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to assess the impact of HR interventions on business performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement


Profile:

- Full time Post Graduate in MBA with a minimum of 8-13 years of experience in HRBP, preferably with in sales-driven environment

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders


- Adept at designing frameworks & processes from scratch basis organisational needs

- Ability to create buy in for interventions amongst HR and Business Leadership
