My client leads as the top start-up in India's career planning platform sector, and stands as the largest higher education technology company in South Asia. They boast a global presence across more than 90 countries.
Additionally, they will be responsible for overseeing a team comprising of 6-7 direct reports.
- Develop and execute manpower strategies that ensure optimal staffing levels, taking into consideration current and future business needs
- Drive capability building programs by identifying skill gaps, designing training initiatives, and partnering with relevant stakeholders to enhance the sales team's effectiveness
- Manage the end-to-end employee life-cycle, from recruitment and on-boarding to performance management, career development, and off-boarding
- Monitor and analyze key HR metrics to assess the impact of HR interventions on business performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Ability to create buy in for interventions amongst HR and Business Leadership
